These Terms and Conditions define the guidelines and expectations for tutors affiliated with MYTUTOR. By registering as a tutor, you agree to adhere to the following terms:
- Tutors are not required to pay any registration fee to join MYTUTOR.
- Each tutor is required to conduct one demo class after the initial introduction with the student. This demo class is essential for both parties to evaluate compatibility and teaching methods.
- For each tuition, MYTUTOR will collect fees as follows: 50% of the first month's tuition fee at the start, and the remaining 50% in the second month.
- Tutors should not collect any advance fees from guardians without prior intimation from MYTUTOR. In cases where advance fees are collected, MYTUTOR’s Branch Associate Executive will notify the parents to process the payment.
- Tutors will receive 50% of the fees for the first two months. Starting from the third month, tutors will receive the full fee amount for each tuition.
- Each class is scheduled for 90 minutes. Tutors must adhere to this timing to maintain consistency and ensure a high standard of education.
- Our Quality Team Associates will contact parents twice a month for class feedback. Based on this feedback, the MYTUTOR Quality Manager will assign an *Internal Teacher’s Profile Rating (ITPR).
- ITPR: Helps parents assess a tutor’s subject expertise, communication skills, and teaching effectiveness.
- Tutors must inform parents at least two days in advance if they need to reschedule or are unable to attend a class.
This policy also applies to parents; they must notify the tutor at least two days before the scheduled class.
- Tutors are eligible for rewards upon receiving three positive ITPR ratings. Rewards may include:
- Amazon Vouchers
- BookMyShow Coupons
- Cash Rewards
- Swiggy / Zomato / Myntra Vouchers, etc.
